The Stayz Booking Score is a measure of both the number of successful booking nights the property has received from Stayz websites, plus how much detail the property has provided to help consumers make the right decision.

In general, the higher the score the more successful bookings the property has received, and the more photos, description, and other information the property displays.

The period of time a property has been on Stayz influences the Stayz Booking Score, as it may take a number of months before they receive their first successful booking.

Stayz Star System

Stars are awarded to properties based on their Booking Score:

	Diamond Star	500+ points
	Gold Star	100 - 499 points
	Silver Star	40 - 99 points
	Bronze Star	10 - 39 points
	No Star	Under 10 points
